I strive to guide my clients to reach their health and fitness goals and create a healthy lifestyle that is easy and manageable. With my help, you will learn how to exercise properly using machines and free weights to build lean muscle and burn fat, as well as understand how to manage the amount and intensity of your cardiovascular workouts to maintain your muscle and burn calories. You will learn how to choose clean, whole foods and will be eating 5-6 times per day so that you never feel hungry and your body will not “store” fat. Packages include eating plans, month-to-month exercise programs, 1-2 training sessions per week and all the help you need to reach your goals! I can even train you over the internet if you aren’t local!
